I have ten years Real Estate sales experience in the Piedmont Triad area of Central North Carolina. For over seven of those years, I specialized in new home/custom home sales. I am familiar with all aspects of construction materials and methods, as well as Energy Star Certified homes. I am back in general brokerage with Allen Tate REALTORS and The Smith marketing team in Greensboro, NC.
I have a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers license and a CNRS reloaction specialist designation. I also have a CSP ( Certified New Home Sales Professional ) designation from The National Association of Home Builders and I'm a member of The National Association of Realtors and The Greensboro Regional Realtors Association. I have received numerous sales awards from various Piedmont Triad builders and the NAHB. I was the Sales Manager for Piedmont Personal Builders for three years. Responsibilities included sales, marketing, home plan design, pricing and land evaluation.
My wife, children and I, and many pets, including two rescued Greyhounds, several birds and a saltwater reef aquarium, have been residents of Greensboro for twenty two years. My daughters attended Guilford County public schools. I know the neighborhoods, amenities, schools and employers located in Greensboro.
